Msgr. Mubiligi Catholic T.S.S is a private school which is church founded. It receives students who have finished ordinary level education with a desire to learn Information computer Technology. Our aim is to be excellent in practical skills. We always want our students to learn with hands on what is real in the society so that each student at the end of the course, will be able to use the knowledge acquired to solve problems evident in our society.
